Pay Rate: $94,003 - $117,504 annually based on experience
What you will do:The Marketing Programs Manager is responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing integrated marketing strategies that support CAN Community Health's priority healthcare programs, service lines, and strategic initiatives. Serving as a strategic marketing partner and project manager, this position will support key areas including dental services, pharmacy, behavioral health, and emerging healthcare programs, new service launches, and other enterprise initiatives that advance CAN's mission and organizational growth. The Marketing Programs Manager translates organizational and service-line priorities into actionable marketing plans that increase awareness, improve access to care, generate qualified patient demand, support patient acquisition and retention, and strengthen engagement with patients and communities.

Requirements
Education/Professional:- Bachelor's degree. Concentration in marketing, business, communications, public relations, healthcare administration, and public health strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-years' experience managing health care, marketing, or nonprofit programs/projects.
- Knowledge in marketing, program management, healthcare marketing, integrated communications, and project management.
- Experience within healthcare, public health, nonprofit healthcare, health plans, hospitals, physician organizations, or other mission-driven healthcare environments.
- Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and have valid insurance and driver's license.
Must be able to pass a Level I Background check (a Level II Background may also be required).
