Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and commercially-minded Director of Marketing to lead our Alaris Systems Dedicated sets and IV Fluids portfolio. These portfolios together represent ~$720M in global revenue with mid-single-digit growth expectations.

This is a critical role in scope and impact, with accountability to Senior Director WWIPD for global revenue and margin performance, product management, and cross-functional leadership. You will serve as the leader for the dedicated sets and IV Fluids portfolio that protect patients and healthcare workers across care settings.

Key responsibilities:

Strategic Business Leadership
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to support WWIPD leadership in the development of global commercialization plans, including differentiated value propositions, innovative business models, and targeted channel strategies to drive growth. Further collaborate with regional marketing team in execution of such plans.
  • Leverage integrated business planning to establish and monitor key indicators of demand, supply, and commercial performance; engage regularly with regional teams to drive results and mitigate execution risks.
  • Propose pricing corridors for approval by WWIPD leadership, monitoring pricing and margin performance, and ensuring governance mechanisms are in place to optimize value capture.


Cross-Functional & External Collaboration
  • Lead a cross-functional team with R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and other internal stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and flawless execution.
  • Liaise with third-party suppliers and vendors to support business objectives and operational excellence.


Market & Customer Insight
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies at the direction of the Sr Director and aligned with WWIPD priorities, grounded in deep customer insights and external market trends, ensuring alignment with business priorities and regional stakeholders.
  • Deliver marketing plans, pricing strategies, and portfolio reviews, aligned with WWIPD priorities, while driving continuous improvement in commercial excellence processes.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitive activity, clinical evidence, and regulatory guidelines to proactively shape market strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand clinical and economic needs, becoming a strong advocate for customer-centric innovation and decision-making.
