What You'll DoRetail Instants Program Leadership- Lead the development and execution of Aristocrat's Retail Instants strategy and business plan.
- Establish product standards, commercialization approaches, operational requirements, and licensing frameworks for branded retail instant products.
- Lead cross-functional efforts across product, legal, marketing, commercial, creative, government relations, and business development teams to complete the Retail Instants roadmap.
- Develop long-term growth strategies that improve the value of Aristocrat intellectual property across lottery channels.
- Measure and optimize program performance through contract acquisition, game performance, sell-through, and market penetration metrics.
Other New Game Development- Lead the strategic development of new draw-based game opportunities including draw-base games such as Fast Draw, Fast Play, traditional Lotto-style games, and emerging lottery product categories.
- Build and recommend game mechanics, prize structures, player experiences, and product positioning strategies including partnering with mathematicians to explore, validate, develop novel game mechanics
- Develop commercialization frameworks and product marketing materials supporting both existing customers and competitive bid opportunities globally.
- Partner with internal product and innovation teams to identify future growth opportunities and portfolio gaps.
- Provide consultation and mentorship on progressive jackpot structures and modeling initiatives across game categories.
- Lead Aristocrat's participation with multi-state organizations and industry working groups related to game innovation, game building, and product development.
- Establish strong relationships with lottery and Aristocrat product leaders and innovation collaborators globally.
What We're Looking For- 15+ years of experience in applicable product development, product design, portfolio strategy, or related gaming industries. Lottery product experience preferred.
- Experience building commercial product strategies and launching new products, programs, or revenue streams.
- Demonstrated analytical and financial modeling skills, including game economics and risk assessment.
- Experience working with customers and cross-functional internal and external collaborators.
- Outstanding communication, influence, and collaborator management skills.
- Shown ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
