Job Description:

Experience with LMS and instructional design technologies such as Workday Learning, Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise), Adobe Captivate, 7Taps, Skillsoft, Camtasia, and similar platforms is strongly preferred. Candidates should possess strong people leadership and organizational management capabilities, including team development, coaching, performance management, strategic workforce planning, and leading high-performing teams through large-scale learning and change initiatives across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Leads department activities, including full human resources, cost, and financial accountability.
• Establishes strategic and operational objectives, delegating assignments to direct reports as needed.
• Oversees learning design, development, and governance processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and organizational objectives.
• Guides the design and implementation of web-based training and development of instructional materials aligned with best practices in learning technology and instructional design.
• Directs the COE Core Learning Design Team, ensuring effective support for organization-wide initiatives and providing oversight to regional and specialty instructional design teams.
• Develops and manages budgets, including strategic allocation of resources for operational and capital needs.
• Develops and implements accountability and quality assurance frameworks for all online learning content.
• Collaborates with HRIS and other stakeholders to align learning platforms with organizational goals and maximize their capabilities to enhance learning delivery and compliance.
• Conducts ongoing analysis of learning outcomes and content effectiveness to inform continuous improvement.
• Cultivates relationships across regions, fostering collaboration and alignment with organizational learning objectives.
• Leads cross-functional efforts to optimize content across the organization by identifying redundancies, eliminating duplicates, and ensuring consistency and standardization.
• Provides budget recommendations for new learning initiatives, platforms, and vendor partnerships to optimize learning outcomes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
