The Director of Integrated Supply Chain leads the global end-to-end value chain across sourcing, planning, logistics, inventory, and customer service to deliver high service levels, optimal cost performance, and supply chain resiliency.
End-to-End Supply Chain Leadership- Lead global strategy and execution across planning, sourcing, logistics, materials, and customer service, ensuring seamless flow from suppliers to customers.
- Oversee capacity planning, supply planning, and master scheduling, and integrate site-level scheduling processes.
- Drive S&OP/SIOP alignment across sales, operations, and finance to synchronize demand, capacity, and inventory.
- Optimize global supply chain network design, including supplier footprint, distribution strategy, and make/buy decisions.

Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management- Develop sourcing strategies that reduce sole-source exposure and strengthen resilience.
- Lead supplier qualifications, alternate material programs, and onboarding for regulated-market customers.
- Manage supplier scorecards, KPIs, and long-term capability improvement.
- Support contract negotiations for raw materials, capex, and indirect purchasing in coordination with Procurement, Finance, and Legal.
Operational Excellence & Standardization- Implement global standard work across planning, procurement, materials, and customer service.
- Drive cross-training and resource flexibility across multi-site operations.
- Lead continuous improvement, lean/kaizen, cycle-time reduction, and waste elimination efforts.
- Strengthen integration among scheduling, operations, customer care, quality, and engineering to maintain alignment.
Digital Systems, ERP Partnership & Data-Driven Decision Support- Collaborate and be a business partner to Finance/IT for ERP, WMS/TMS, MES, and planning systems.
- Define supply-chain workflows, data structures, integration needs, and functional requirements.
- Lead adoption, training, and process discipline so the organization fully uses ERP and digital tools.
- Partner with IT on enhancement requests, testing, and stabilization of supply-chain-related modules.
- Drive analytics, dashboards, and predictive forecasting to improve visibility and decision quality.
Risk Management, Compliance & Sustainability- Establish supplier, logistics, and capacity risk-mitigation plans and contingency options.
- Lead business continuity planning for supply disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, quality, aerospace/medical, and customer requirements, including ITAR/DFARS when applicable.
- Support sustainability goals such as ethical sourcing and reduced environmental impact.
Customer Experience Leadership- Oversee global customer service strategy, ensuring responsiveness, communication quality, and service reliability.
- Develop and manage customer-facing performance metrics (OTD, complaint resolution, communication effectiveness).
- Partner with strategic customers to reduce supply-chain risk and ensure alignment on expectations.
Financial & Business Accountability- Manage supply-chain budgets, cost-to-serve, sourcing savings, logistics cost, and inventory/working-capital performance.
- Track, analyze, and report KPIs including inventory turns, supplier performance, OTD, produce-to-plan, forecast accuracy, and cost savings.
- Identify opportunities to improve margin, efficiency, and cost structure across the value chain.
Leadership & Talent Development- Build a high-performing global team and develop successors for critical roles.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration across operations, engineering, finance, quality, customer service, and sales.
- Lead change management for new processes, standards, and digital capabilities.
- Strengthen communication, problem-solving, and continuous-improvement culture across the supply chain organization.

Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive, end-to-end supply chain experience (planning, sourcing, logistics, inventory, customer service).
- Demonstrated success leading multi-site or global supply chain teams.
- Strong functional expertise in planning, sourcing, logistics, and customer-service processes.
- High proficiency with ERP and digital supply-chain systems from a business process perspective (not ownership).
- Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and change-leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working in highly regulated industries (e.g., aerospace, medical, defense).
- Lean/Continuous Improvement certifications such as Green Belt or Black Belt.
- Experience with digital supply-chain technologies such as advanced analytics, predictive forecasting, and AI/dashboards.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale transformation, process standardization, and technology-adoption initiatives.
- Familiarity with ITAR/DFARS or similar compliance frameworks when applicable.
