Job Description Summary:

Director, Global Integrated Enterprise Intelligence Planning & Orchestration

This role is part of the Enterprise Intelligence team within the Global Digital Network organization. As Director, Global Integrated Enterprise Intelligence Planning & Orchestration, you will play a critical role in facilitating and enabling horizontal ways of working and agile teams across product-focused Intelligence product teams. Your leadership will work user-back with key stakeholders to drive consistent excellence in delivery, ensuring greater effectiveness, efficiency, integration, and user-centricity across the portfolio of Enterprise Intelligence Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Planning and Orchestration

  • Lead operations, orchestration, prioritization, backlog management, KPI tracking, and delivery effectiveness for Enterprise Intelligence plans.


  • Define and implement processes for annual and long-term planning, stakeholder management, vendor/partner management, and experimentation/incubation of future data and analytics solutions.


  • Develop internal and external progress-to-plan metrics, including priority and holistic investment tracking and delivery.


Integrated Digital Platform Leadership

  • Oversee the roadmap for the intelligence suite, collaborating with Enterprise data and technology teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.


  • Leverage design thinking principles to develop user-centric digital products, including AI enabled interfaces, tools, and dashboards for reporting, intelligence learning, and capability building.


  • Manage and prioritize platform operations, ensuring effective delivery and management of the integrated platform.


  • Develop and oversee communications, training, and adoption strategies to drive awareness, capability, and engagement with the integrated digital platform.


Community Building and Collaboration

  • Foster a community of practice among cross-functional team experts, inspiring a culture of continuous improvement, adaptability, and accountability.


  • Cultivate and manage key external global agency partnerships, defining priority partners to bring innovative solutions across the data and analytics landscape.


  • Promote transparent discussions to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness of intelligence solutions across categories, brands, and commercial functions.


Innovation and Experimentation

  • Drive the experimentation and incubation of future data and analytics solutions and technologies, ensuring alignment with business needs.


  • Collaborate with Enterprise data and technology architecture, engineering, governance and AI teams to design, curate, and test industry-leading, technology-enabled intelligence products and solutions.


  • Identify opportunities for innovation and propose creative, modern solutions to enhance integration and efficiency across vertical product-focused teams.


Qualifications & Requirements

Functional Skills

  • Strategic Planning and Process Governance: Expertise in strategic planning, project management, and process governance to establish operational efficiencies.


  • Digital Product Development: Ability to lead the development, launch, and continual enhancement of user-centric digital products leveraging design thinking principles.


  • Innovation and Complexity Management: Creativity in conceptualizing new methods, techniques, and processes for increased efficiency and integration across vertical product-focused teams.


  • Communication and Influence: Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills with a focus on simplification and storytelling.

Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, ideally in international settings leading culturally diverse teams.


  • Experience managing teams and agency partners in delivering complex projects.


  • Experience developing and managing self-service modernized, AI enabled digital tools & platforms leveraging data & analytics and technology solutions.


  • Experience in agency/consulting/client-services preferred.


  • Strong background in strategic planning, design thinking, and agile methodologies.


  • Proven experience in developing and operationalizing both strategic and executional plans, with a blend of short-term and long-term perspectives.


Education

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
