Strategic and results-oriented leader responsible for advancing the mission and objectives of Baptist Health Innovations through the development, execution, and oversight of enterprise-wide innovation, technology management, and strategic initiatives. Provides leadership for key programs, including the Knight Fellowship for Health Technology Innovation and the Health Technology Alliance, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and long-term growth objectives. Serves as a trusted senior advisor to executive leadership, directing complex, high-impact projects that enhance operational performance, foster innovation, and drive organizational excellence.Leads cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, cultivating strategic partnerships and representing Innovations across the organization and within the broader healthcare and technology communities. Oversees financial and operational analyses to evaluate opportunities, assess risks, and support informed decision-making. Responsible for project planning, resource allocation, budget management, and the successful execution of multiple concurrent initiatives.Develops and delivers executive-level reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations, translating complex information into actionable insights. Significant project management experience and outstanding analytical, communication, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills are required. Master’s degree in technical, clinical, or business is preferred. Self-motivator with strong work ethic and customer focus. Excellent organizational and communications skills (written, verbal, and visual). Ability to work effectively with people from a variety of culturally diverse backgrounds. Ability to complete multiple assignments efficiently and meet established deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
