Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Educational Administration, or a related field required
- School Business Official License required.
- Master's degree preferred
- Administrative License preferred
- Minimum of five years of experience in human resources or personnel administration.
- Experience in public education is preferred.
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
- Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Compensation and Benefits - Administer employee benefit programs, including health, retirement, and disability plans.
- Certify employee classifications and salary schedules.
- Conduct research and provide recommendations related to compensation and benefits.
Policy Development and Administration - Develop, revise, and implement personnel policies and procedures in accordance with applicable laws and Board policies.
- Provide guidance to administrators and employees regarding personnel policies and employment matters.
- Communicate changes in policies, procedures, and regulations to district staff.
Leadership and Collaboration - Supervise and evaluate Human Resources staff.
- Participate as a member of the Superintendent's leadership team.
- Support district goals through effective communication, collaboration, and strategic planning.
- Promote a culture of professionalism, equity, respect, and continuous improvement.
Other Duties - Respond to surveys, reports, and requests for personnel information.
- Perform administrator reviews of Professional Development Dossiers.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Superintendent.
