GENERAL PURPOSE:
The Director, HR Program Delivery role is critical to enabling enterprise-wide HR transformation and driving scalable, high-impact program delivery.

The HR Program Delivery team plays a critical orchestration role in supporting a broad portfolio of strategic HR initiatives. The Director, Program Delivery will serve as an internal consultant, leading solution design, decision-making, and execution for complex, cross-functional projects.
This role partners closely with program and functional leaders to assess business needs, manage internal and vendor-led workstreams, and align stakeholders to deliver on program objectives. Reporting to the Vice President, Program Delivery, the Director will lead project management efforts across a range of strategic initiatives that drive change across processes, organizational structures, and systems.

The individual in this role must bring strong experience in both project and change management, with a clear understanding of how these disciplines integrate across the lifecycle. They will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate cross-functional decision-making, lead senior stakeholder discussions, and develop executive-level presentations tailored to diverse audiences.

The Director will collaborate across HR, with cross-functional partners, and with external vendors to ensure alignment and successful delivery. In addition, they will help advance adoption of the HR Center of Excellence model, contributing to the development of team members and strengthening overall HR capability.

This role also plays a key part in building team capacity. In partnership with the VP, the Director will help define and deliver against team goals, including enhancing the team's training and engagement programs. They will manage direct reports and flex team members aligned to project needs and will actively support their growth and development through regular, specific, and actionable feedback aligned to team and company priorities.

The base salary range for this role is $119,800- $225,250. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Lead and oversee strategic initiatives end-to-end, orchestrating the efforts of internal teams, cross-functional partners, and vendors. Proactively identify and resolve risks and issues critical to project success, including escalation as needed. Manage, mentor, and direct internal and external resources in alignment with project structures.
• Identify and advance opportunities to improve HR processes and outcomes across and beyond individual projects. Partner with leaders to evaluate, prioritize, and drive solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness on an ongoing basis.
• Strengthen Program Delivery and broader HR capability by evolving team goals and priorities, developing targeted training plans, facilitating ongoing feedback and development conversations, and supporting career pathing and recruiting efforts.
• Evaluate and optimize vendor partnerships with a long-term, strategic lens focused on quality, speed, and cost-effectiveness. Manage risk and vendor concentration through thoughtful distribution of work and spend.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and liaison for HR initiatives, ensuring strong collaboration and communication with business partners, and providing clear, consistent updates on project progress and outcomes.
• Drive planning, tracking, and visibility across initiatives, including strategic planning, budget management, and executive-level status reporting, as well as supporting special projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent work experience preferred
• 8-10 years management consulting or project management experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ADA:
Job requires ability to work in an office environment, primarily on a computer.
Requires sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, attending in-person meetings, typing, and working with paper/files, etc.
Consistent timeliness and regular attendance.
Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.
Up to 20% travel may be required
This role requires regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration, client support, mentoring, coaching, and/or feedback. However, this role can perform duties effectively using a combination of in-office and remote work. #LI-hybrid
