Pay Range: $172,900.00 - $190,000.00 Annually
WHAT YOU'LL DO:- Serve as the primary liaison to internal and external stakeholders, including HR leaders, business partners, IT, vendors, and solution providers, to ensure HR technology capabilities and integrated HR tools are fully leveraged and aligned with organizational needs.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, evaluate, and incorporate feedback into HR technology planning and continuous improvement efforts.
- Own and maintain a strategic, enterprise-wide HR technology roadmap, ensuring alignment to business priorities, HR strategy, and employee experience objectives.
- Ensure HR systems and platforms are designed and optimized to deliver consumable, decision ready data, reporting, and analytics that enhance leader effectiveness and improve the employee experience.
- Guide the use of HR technology to strengthen self service capabilities, expand access to information and development resources, and improve the user experience for employees, leaders, and HR teams.
- Maximize the value of HR technology investments by driving adoption, , reducing user friction, identifying opportunities to streamline and simplify workflows, and reducing manual effort.
- Ensure HR technology solutions support data accuracy, governance, compliance, and audit readiness, while enabling scalable and sustainable operations.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high performing HRIS team, establishing clear accountability for outcomes, delivery, and performance across HR technology.
- Set expectations, goals, and governance to ensure execution excellence, continuous development, and sustained team performance.
QUALIFICIATIONS AND PREFERENCES:- Bachelor's Degree required or
- equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Master's Degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in HR, operations, or transformation roles with demonstrated impact. required
