We have a current opening for Director Home Health Quality and Compliance. This is an onsite role working M-F at our Westlinks Drive location. Home Health experience is essential for this role!
Summary
The Director Home Health Quality and Compliance will bring business operations, quality oversight, process knowledge, and management skills and experience to this role, demonstrating excellence and dedication to financial management and oversight, quality systems oversight, organizational effectiveness, and leadership in the building and management of teams. The Director will plan, direct, and coordinate the operations of organizations formulating policies, managing daily operational activities, and planning use of materials and human resources toward maximum productivity as it relates to the Business and Quality process. The Director joins senior management teams and to assist in developing the mission, direction, organizational goals and necessary strategies to achieve the goals of the Home Health services.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field required. Master's degree preferred.
Experience: 3 years of Supervisor/Management experience preferred. Additional Requirements: Minimum of three years of proven leadership, with demonstrated skill in process improvement, team building, revenue cycle and recovery, and patient admissions flow process with experience directing staff in medical/hospital or hospital-based, large out-patient, medical office practice is required. Finance, Billing, Reimbursement experience is preferred.
Certification: OASIS Certification preferred. Coding Certification preferred.
License: State of Florida license required in one of the following: Registered Nurse License, Physical Therapist License Occupational Therapist License, Speech-Language Pathologist License. Valid Florida driver's license required within 30 days of employment; reliable means of transportation & current automobile insurance.
