Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Director, Growth Operations to join our Global Growth Operations team. In this role, you will be collaborating with the broader Global Growth Strategy & Operations team, as well as IT, Analytics, regional Growth teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders, where you'll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. The Role
The Director, Growth Operations is responsible for the administration, governance, and continuous improvement of the centralized data environment serving Hyatt's Growth organization. This role partners with IT, Analytics, regional Growth teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data integrity, consistent governance, and operational alignment of Growth KPI data across the organization. This role will be responsible for:
• Data Standards and Definitions: Establishes and maintains standardized definitions, business rules, hierarchies, and calculation methodologies for GIH ("Growth Intelligence Hub") data elements and Growth KPIs.
• Data Quality Management: Monitors GIH data for completeness, accuracy, consistency, timeliness, and validity; investigates issues and coordinates corrective action with data owners and technology partners.
• Data Stewardship: Defines data responsibilities across global and regional Growth teams and ensures stakeholders fulfill established data-management requirements.
• Metadata and Documentation: Maintains the GIH data dictionary, source-to-report mappings, lineage documentation, transformation logic, and governance procedures to support transparency and consistent use of data.
• Data Access and Controls: Partners with IT, Analytics, and business leaders to establish role-based access, appropriate data-use controls, and approval processes that balance business needs with confidentiality and compliance requirements.
• Issue Resolution and Escalation: Serves as the primary business point of contact for GIH data issues, prioritizes remediation efforts, resolves ownership questions, and escalates material risks or recurring defects.
• Release and Change Governance: Assesses the downstream impact of proposed changes to GIH data sources, structures, definitions, and reporting; coordinates stakeholder review, validation, communication, and implementation.
Qualifications:
Experience Required:
• 7+ years of operations, technology enablement, CRM administration, analytics, business intelligence, or business systems experience.
Experience Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree required; Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Finance, or related field preferred
• Experience administering CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), reporting tools, and/or business process design
• Strong analytical, project management, communication, and change management skills
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a global organization preferred
• Growth-related corporate hospitality reporting experience strongly preferred

The salary range for this position is $142,500 - $190,000. This position is also eligible to earn an annual bonus. The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work.Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
