Overview

At the Director level, this role carries full ownership of complex Connected Media business development pursuits. The Director independently leads multiple strategic opportunities, drives growth strategy, aligns executive stakeholders, owns pursuit governance, anticipates risks, establishes scalable processes, mentors team members, and is accountable for overall execution quality and business outcomes rather than simply supporting execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of assigned Connected Media new business pitches.
  • Translate growth strategy into project plans, workstreams, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Manage development of pitch content to ensure quality, consistency, and compelling storytelling.
  • Lead pitch workshops, rehearsals, and presentation readiness activities.
  • Identify execution risks and implement solutions to maintain momentum.
  • Coordinate Business Development, Strategy, Media, Data, Creative, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, milestones, and accountability across contributors.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for senior Growth Leadership throughout active pursuits.
  • Partner with design teams to develop polished, client-ready presentation materials.
  • Coordinate logistics, work sessions, presentation environments, and final deliverables.
  • Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing across the team.
  • Maintain best-in-class pitch templates, content libraries, and process documentation.
  • Capture learnings from wins and losses to improve future business development efforts.

Compensation Range: USD $121,315.00 - USD $174,300.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
