We are open to someone working out of one of our major offices based in Boston, Fairfax, Raleigh, Charlotte, Atlanta or Maitland - Provides proactive, hands-on senior leadership and line-level leadership for enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy and actively engages in the effective execution of global recruiting processes and programs.
- Monitors adoption, compliance, and outcomes of talent acquisition initiatives across all regions, personally participating in reviews and using data and feedback to drive continuous improvements in performance.
- Actively partners and engages with senior business and HR leaders across the organization to align talent acquisition plans with business goals and evolving workforce needs.
- Serves as a hands-on strategic advisor on complex or critical hiring requirements and leads proactive, forward-thinking workforce planning initiatives to ensure talent pipelines support current and future business demands.
- Leads the creative design and continuous improvement of firm-wide talent acquisition programs and policies, establishing consistent high standards in recruitment practices globally.
- Proactively leverages industry best practices, innovative sourcing strategies, and robust diversity & inclusion initiatives to strengthen the organization's talent pipeline and employer brand.
- Proactively identifies and personally drives the implementation of advanced recruiting technologies and analytics solutions (in partnership with HR Information Systems), driving data-driven decision making, automation, and enhanced candidate experience in the talent acquisition process.
- Champions ongoing adoption of modern tools and systems to increase efficiency, improve reporting, and elevate overall recruitment outcomes.
- Manages and develops an accountable and high-performing global talent acquisition team. Provides hands-on coaching, mentorship, and performance management for TA staff across regions, actively engaging with team members to build capabilities and foster a collaborative, results-driven team culture that delivers excellent service to internal clients. Actively collaborates and engages with other HR functions (e.g., HR Business Partners, Talent Management, Total Rewards) and key business stakeholders to ensure recruiting strategies are integrated with broader talent and business initiatives.
- Personally, cultivates and oversees relationships with external recruiting partners (e.g., search firms, RPO providers) and vendors to augment internal recruiting capabilities when needed. Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 15 years of related experience with at least 5 of those years in a management or leadership capacity. Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a college degree.
- Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands.

Additional Pay Range InformationCDM Smith is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. This pay range is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels for the geographic location assigned to the position. In addition to geographic location, a candidate's salary is determined by several other factors including, but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, relevant work experience, skills, required certifications, and education/training.
Additional CompensationAll bonuses at CDM Smith are discretionary and may or may not apply to this position.
