Full Job Description
Director, Global Strategic Partnership - NVIDIA will own and advance Siemens' global relationship with NVIDIA.

This leader will define the partnership strategy and translate it into tangible outcomes across artificial intelligence, physical AI, accelerated computing, robotics, digital twins, cloud infrastructure, data platforms, and enterprise technology.

Working across Siemens' businesses, regions, and corporate functions, the Director will identify opportunities where Siemens and NVIDIA can innovate, build, and grow together. The role will connect emerging technology developments in Silicon Valley with Siemens' global priorities-turning strategic insight into joint solutions, commercial opportunities, and long-term competitive advantage.

Success will be measured by measurable business impact, accelerated innovation, effective cross-company execution, and sustainable growth resulting from the partnership.

You'll Make an Impact By
  • Owning Siemens' global strategic relationship with NVIDIA and serving as the primary point of contact across the partnership.
  • Building trusted relationships with NVIDIA executives, business leaders, product teams, and technical stakeholders.
  • Defining and executing a multiyear partnership strategy aligned with the priorities of both companies.
  • Identifying high-value opportunities and connecting NVIDIA's technologies and capabilities with the appropriate Siemens businesses.
  • Leading joint opportunities from initial concept and executive alignment through commercial structuring and execution.
  • Advancing co-innovation and technology-integration initiatives across AI, physical AI, accelerated computing, robotics, digital twins, cloud, data, and enterprise platforms.
  • Developing joint solutions, ecosystem initiatives, and go-to-market programs that create measurable customer and business value.
  • Representing the NVIDIA relationship within Siemens and coordinating activities across businesses, regions, technology teams, and corporate functions.
  • Establishing effective partnership governance, including clear objectives, ownership, milestones, and measures of success.
  • Providing Siemens leadership with timely insight into NVIDIA's direction, emerging technologies, ecosystem developments, and market opportunities.
  • Delivering concise, executive-ready updates on partnership progress, risks, decisions, and business outcomes.
  • Serving as a strategic bridge between Siemens, NVIDIA, and the broader Silicon Valley technology ecosystem.
Basic Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, business development, corporate development, platform strategy, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling complex partnerships with major global technology companies.
  • Experience operating effectively within large, global, matrixed organizations.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver results through influence.
  • Experience engaging senior executives and managing high-value external relationships.
  • Strong understanding of technology industry dynamics, partner ecosystems, and emerging business models.
  • Ability to translate complex technologies and market developments into strategic priorities and commercial opportunities.
  • Strong executive communication, negotiation, stakeholder-management, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or another relevant advanced degree.
  • Experience in industrial technology, infrastructure, enterprise software, digital transformation, or applied AI.
  • Technical fluency in AI, physical AI, accelerated computing, robotics, cloud infrastructure, data platforms, digital twins, and enterprise software.
  • Experience structuring and scaling global technology alliances, co-development programs, or joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Familiarity with NVIDIA's technology portfolio, partner ecosystem, and business model.
  • Experience working at the intersection of corporate strategy, product development, technology, and commercial execution.
  • Experience informing build, buy, and partner decisions.
  • Established relationships within the Silicon Valley technology ecosystem.

The pay range for this position is $214,000 - $366,000 annually with a target incentive of 25% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
