Job Description

We are recruiting a Global Oncology Marketing Director to lead LROP and Profit Plan efforts for sac-TMT across tumors and play a critical role in driving planning, monitoring and ensuring launch success across the team. This person will work with the strategic forecasting team and sac-TMT marketers to align on global guidance and forecasts for sac-TMT as well as forecasts for future potential registrational clinical trials. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, exceptional analytical expertise, and deep understanding of commercial strategy in a complex, global environment.

As part of the global sac-TMT cross-tumor commercial team, this individual will focus on forecasting and partnership with strategic forecasting, finance and DDA colleagues while building trusted partnerships with disease-, asset-, functional-, and regional/market-based counterparts. The role will be responsible for advancing key aspects of global marketing and ensuring strong alignment across stakeholders to support both current and future indications.

Core responsibilities will include:
  • Leading the sac-TMT brand direction for forecasting efforts for sac-TMT across indications for twice yearly forecasts, Overlay and Profit Plan, as well as any additional forecasts for sac-TMT that may be needed.
  • Point of contact with forecasting team for new study forecasts for sac-TMT as part of leadership reviews and/or prioritization gap analysis.
  • Lead Trimester business reviews for sac-TMT.
  • In coordination with DD&A, work to establish and standardize performance reporting post-launch across indications.
  • Serve as new product leader for long-term registrational clinical trials as well as signal finding studies. Evaluate new opportunities for sac-TMT to address unmet needs for patients in consultation with asset and tumor marketing teams, clinical and medical colleagues.

Qualifications:

Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 7+ years Healthcare business experience - marketing, forecasting, sales, business development, cross-functional program development & management, market access & pricing, or related experiences in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
  • Understanding of healthcare trends and reimbursement and policy issues and their potential impact upon our Company's business opportunities.
  • Experience leading strategy development and implementation.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive forward key initiatives.
  • Strong collaboration skills, both within commercial teams and cross divisional teams.
  • Strong leadership, problem solving, teamwork, analytical, written/verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages/information across the enterprise and to leadership.
  • Ability to work within complex organizations and markets and leading sub-teams and influencing without authority.
  • Understanding of forecasting approaches, scenario planning and key inputs.
  • Understanding of early clinical development and decision making considerations for registrational trial investment decisions.


Preferred:
  • Advanced Degree (i.e. MBA, MPH).
  • Oncology experience.
  • Global Marketing experience.
  • Launch experience.
  • Forecasting experience.

The salary range for this role is
$190,800.00 - $300,300.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.

The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
