Job DescriptionWe're seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Product Management, to join our Investment Management business. This role will help lead the development, management and strategic direction of BNY's Global Cash & Liquidity product platform, spanning the BNY Dreyfus and Insight cash franchises. The successful candidate will support product growth across money market funds, liquidity solutions and cash management products globally, while helping shape the next generation of digital cash, tokenized funds and on-chain liquidity solutions.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Help define and execute the product strategy for BNY's Global Cash & Liquidity platform, supporting money market funds, liquidity products and cash management solutions across multiple currencies and regions.
- Drive product development initiatives that balance client demand, commercial objectives, regulatory requirements and operational scalability.
- Identify opportunities to enhance and expand liquidity offerings across both traditional and emerging market structures, including digital cash, tokenization and on-chain solutions.
- Partner closely with investment teams, distribution, technology, operations, legal, compliance and risk functions to deliver product enhancements and new product launches.
- Monitor developments across global liquidity markets, cash management, digital assets and tokenization to assess client needs, competitive dynamics and market opportunities.
- Represent the business with senior stakeholders, clients and strategic partners as a subject matter expert on liquidity products and cash innovation.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- 10+ years of product management, product development or product strategy experience within investment management, asset management, liquidity products or cash solutions.
- Deep knowledge of money market funds, cash management products and the broader global liquidity marketplace.
- Proven track record of developing, launching and managing investment products and strategic product initiatives.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across investment, distribution, technology, operations, legal, compliance and risk functions.
- Strong commercial and strategic mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities, evaluate product positioning and drive business growth.
Preferred Experience:
- Direct experience with institutional money market fund products, liquidity strategies and cash management solutions.
- Experience supporting global liquidity products across multiple currencies, jurisdictions and client segments.
- Familiarity with the US money market fund market and broader global liquidity landscape, including regulatory and market structure considerations.
- Knowledge of tokenized funds, tokenized cash, digital asset servicing, blockchain-enabled financial products or on-chain treasury solutions.
- Experience working with global product, legal, regulatory and operational teams to develop, launch and manage new investment products.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leaders, clients and strategic partners globally.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents.
