  • Direct benefits governance, policy alignment, and administration across the United States and international regions
  • Oversee retirement and pension plan governance, including leading 401(k) plan audits
  • Lead annual open enrollment across 40+ countries, coordinating vendors, systems, and communications to deliver an employee-friendly experience
  • Ensure compliance with legal, tax, privacy, and reporting requirements across all jurisdictions

  • Champion responsible, high-impact AI use cases that reimagine benefits operations and service delivery - from analysis and forecasting to communications and employee support
  • Partner with HRIS and IT on benefits technology, integrations, testing, reporting, and Oracle HCM optimization
  • Move fluidly between strategy and execution, providing hands-on leadership during peak periods such as annual enrollment, vendor escalations, and complex problem-solving

  • Experience with HR systems, benefits administration platforms, and data integrations; Oracle HCM or similar enterprise HRIS preferred
  • Experience identifying and applying AI, automation, or analytics to improve functional operations
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills
  • Strong commitment to employee experience, inclusion, and wellbeing
