  • Report on program performance, risks, and opportunities to the Senior Vice President of Operations.

Full Job Description
Otter Learning is seeking an experienced Director, Georgia Pre-K Programs to oversee the quality, performance, compliance, and outcomes of our Georgia's Pre-K programs statewide. This is a multi-site leadership role partnering with Regional and School Directors to ensure consistent program execution and serving as Otter's primary point of contact with DECAL.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Georgia's Pre-K quality, compliance, performance, and program standards across all sites.
  • Serve as the primary Otter contact for DECAL and maintain strong state agency relationships.
  • Partner with Regional and School Directors to improve program execution and outcomes.
  • Coach leaders and develop improvement plans for underperforming sites.
  • Monitor curriculum, classroom quality, credentialing, and school readiness outcomes.
  • Partner with internal teams to support enrollment, funding, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Report program performance, risks, and opportunities to the SVP of Operations.
