The Senior Director, Generation Program Integration and Execution serves as the orchestrator of Agropur's largest investment program. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring the effective integration, governance, and coordinated execution of all program components.
The role acts as the primary steward of program alignment with senior leadership and governance committees by providing an integrated view of program performance, emerging risks, key trade-offs, and expected value creation. The incumbent ensures that decisions, priorities, resources, and investments remain aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
Through strong cross-functional leadership and influence, the Senior Director drives consistency across workstreams, facilitates informed decision-making, and helps ensure the successful delivery of the program's intended business outcomes.

The profile that excels in execution:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or other graduate-level education is considered an asset.
- 15+ years of progressive experience leading strategic programs, enterprise transformations, or major capital investment initiatives.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and business functions.
- Leadership experience within industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, utilities, or other capital-intensive environments.
- Demonstrated success managing significant capital budgets and delivering expected business benefits.
- Experience working with executive leadership teams, steering committees, and boards, with a proven ability to influence decision-making at senior levels.
- Strong understanding of financial, operational, organizational, and change management considerations associated with large-scale transformations.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program/project management certifications are considered assets.
- Strategic leader with a proven ability to mobilize multidisciplinary teams around a shared vision.
- Strong executive presence and credibility, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
