Job DescriptionThe Director of FP&A will lead O&T's capital and allocations financial planning and analysis function and serve as the operational finance lead for the Global Security organization. The Director of FP&A will be responsible for the consolidation and analysis of $1B in internal cost allocations and $0.5B in capital expenditure, as well as partnering with finance and operational leads to ensure accurate and complete financial data. The role will report to the Vice President of FP&A.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead in all aspects of capital and allocation annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, analyzing key metrics and trends, and summarizing for executive level presentations
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data, and provide regular reporting and analysis on capital and allocations performance, variances, and trends
- Lead monthly capital and allocation updates with NBCU business CFO's and senior finance team
- Partner across our Global Security operational teams to ensure all Budget, estimates, and month end closing are accurate and complete. Providing business recommendations where needed.
- Drive continuous improvement and simplification of FP&A processes and systems
- Perform various ad-hoc analyses including variance analysis, sensitivities, and other requests from corporate or senior management
- Manage a team of two individuals, providing leadership, coaching, and development opportunities, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
QualificationsHere You'll Need:- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, including demonstrated success in financial management and leadership
- Solid financial modeling and analysis skills, with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate summarized and concise financial information
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in the Media / Tech industry is a plus
Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

Salary: $135,000- $160,000 (bonus & LTI eligible).
