Director, FP&AWe're looking for a strategic and influential Director, FP&A, reporting directly to the Head of Corporate FP&A. This role leads enterprise value creation initiatives, capital allocation analyses, business case governance, and strategic performance improvement efforts that drive long-term financial performance and shareholder value.
This highly visible role partners across Finance and executive leadership to evaluate strategic investments, support M&A and integration activities, improve capital efficiency, and influence enterprise resource allocation decisions. The Director serves as a key advisor to Corporate FP&A leadership by translating complex financial and operational information into actionable insights, recommendations, and value creation opportunities.

Partnering closely with the Head of Corporate FP&A, this role leads initiatives focused on ROIC, entity performance, organizational simplification, and finance transformation to improve financial visibility, strengthen decision making, and enhance enterprise performance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead enterprise value creation initiatives focused on improving cash flow, capital efficiency, ROIC, and overall financial performance.
- Partner with executive and business leaders to identify, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives that drive measurable enterprise value.
- Establish and govern the enterprise business case framework for investments, restructuring activities, transformation initiatives, acquisitions, and growth opportunities.
- Influence enterprise resource allocation decisions by evaluating investment opportunities, strategic initiatives, capital requirements, and expected financial returns.
- Own the enterprise ROIC and capital effectiveness framework, providing visibility into investment performance and value creation outcomes.
- Support M&A transactions by partnering with Corporate FP&A leadership and cross-functional teams on diligence activities, valuation support, strategic assessments, and scenario analysis.
- Lead FP&A integration governance following acquisitions, establishing performance baselines, synergy tracking frameworks, value creation objectives, and ongoing performance measurement.
- Partner with the Corporate FP&A Lead to establish performance measurement frameworks and KPIs for strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and transformation programs, ensuring accountability for expected results.
- Develop and own enterprise processes for entity-level forecasting, capital planning, cash flow visibility, and balance sheet performance management, including consolidation of enterprise cash flow and balance sheet forecasts and budgets.
- Partner with Treasury, Tax, Accounting, and Business Unit Finance teams to improve capital efficiency, cash flow and balance sheet forecasting accuracy, and financial transparency across legal entities.
- Lead finance transformation and simplification initiatives to improve planning processes, management reporting, decision support capabilities, and organizational effectiveness.
- Drive standardization of financial metrics, governance frameworks, reporting methodologies, and management reporting processes across the organization.
- Serve as the FP&A lead for financial data governance, partnering with Finance Technology and Accounting to improve reporting capabilities, strengthen data integrity, and ensure effective integration between ERP and OneStream platforms.
- Develop executive-level reporting and strategic insights that support leadership discussions regarding capital deployment, enterprise performance, transformation progress, and value creation opportunities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, or related disciplines within a complex multi-entity environment.
- 7+ years of people leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of financial statement integration, including income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, working capital, capital allocation, and ROIC.
- Experience developing business cases, evaluating strategic investments, and supporting executive decision-making through financial analysis.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational change.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- High ethical and professional standards, including maintaining confidentiality of sensitive company information.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience supporting public company or SOX-regulated environments.
- Experience with M&A, integration, finance transformation, or value creation initiatives.
- Experience with OneStream or similar EPM platforms, including planning, forecasting, reporting, or implementation activities.
- MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional designation.
