How you'll make an impact in this role- Translate the foundation's overarching vision into actionable operational milestones, tracking performance metrics across data, marketing, and events.
- Supervise, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing operations team, including direct oversight to the Event lead on financial budgeting, vendor logistics, and event execution.
- Direct the foundation's marketing, communications, and PR strategies to amplify hospital success stories, and drive donor acquisition.
- Synchronize cross-functional workflows between data analytics, public relations, and event execution to maximize institutional efficiency and campaign momentum.
What minimum requirements you'll needEducation:• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
