Construction Finance & Project Support
  • Partner directly with the Construction team to build and maintain financial models for active and prospective projects
  • Track project costs, change orders, and contingencies with precision and timeliness
  • Analyze contractor and vendor spend to identify trends, savings opportunities, and cost overruns
  • Support draw schedules, cash flow projections, and funding requirements

Reporting & Performance Management
  • Develop & maintain reporting packages for monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Work with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial close processes related to construction activity

Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Serve as the primary finance business partner to Construction, Real Estate, and Corporate Development teams
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Procurement, Legal, and Operations to ensure financial alignment across functions
  • Liaise with external consultants, auditors, and financial advisors as needed
  • Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.
