Job Description

The Director, Value Realization Office (VRO) will serve as a critical leader within the Transformation Office, responsible for ensuring that the company’s global transformation delivers measurable business impact by establishing the enterprise-wide framework for value realization, including benefits tracking, financial impact governance, and performance reporting, while partnering with business and functional leaders to drive accountability.

In addition, this role will serve as the Finance Leader for the Global Shared Services organization, partnering closely with the GSS Leadership team to providestrong budget ownership, financial stewardship, and investment oversight. The Director will bring rigor to business cases, strengthenvaluecapturediscipline, and support effective decisionmaking as the organization navigates transitions and stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the quantification of transformation value (cost, revenue, working capital, productivity) and ensure impacts are integrated into budgets, forecasts, andlongrangeplanning.

  • Enforce value capture discipline by ensuring each transformation initiative has a grounded businesscaseand that execution is tracked vs. baseline with clear variance drivers and corrective actions.

  • Coordinate with Corporate FP&A and Finance stakeholders to ensure consistent forecasting, reporting, and executive narratives for transformation impacts.

  • Partner with Transformation Office leadership to translate transformation activities into clear P&L and cash impacts for Markets and Functions.

  • Develop andmaintainstandardized templates and governance routines fortransformationbusiness cases, variance tracking, and executive readouts.

  • Provide financial leadership to theGSSleadership team to support decisions, tradeoffs, and performance transparency as GSS scales.

  • Own end-to-end GSS budget governance (planning, forecast, actuals, controls), with clear linkage to transformationimpactswhere applicable.

  • Improve transparency of GSS cost-to-serve through consistent allocation and reporting practices.

  • Establish rigorousthirdparty (BPO) cost governance by linking costs to operational performance and adherence to KPIs and SLAs.

  • Identifyopportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate reporting to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy across value and spend tracking.

  • Continuously improve templates, data quality controls, and cadence routines to increase speed, transparency, and stakeholder confidence in outputs.
