As Director of Marketing Budget Operations at OpenText, you'll be at the center of strategic decision-making, enabling smarter, data-driven investments and ensuring financial discipline at scale. WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
• Define and lead the Marketing Budget Operations strategy, driving disciplined financial management and long-term scalability
• Partner with Marketing Leadership, FP&A, and Marketing Operations to influence investment decisions and improve ROI
• Own end-to-end marketing budget planning, governance, and tracking to ensure alignment with corporate financial goals
• Lead forecasting cycles, delivering accurate projections, variance analysis, and actionable executive insights
• Build and scale a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and financial acumen
• Drive operational excellence through process optimization, automation, and the implementation of best-in-class tools
• Establish governance frameworks and scalable processes that enhance efficiency and data integrity across systems

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
