YOUR IMPACT:

As a member of the Worldwide Field & Partner Marketing Leadership team you will be responsible for working across a matrixed organization to create a blueprint for local Field Marketers to use in creating relevant marketing plans and tactics to drive and progress pipeline to meet revenue goals.
The Worldwide Field Marketing Strategy Expert acts as the Field Marketing point of contact for core Product Category Sales leaders, Product/Industry Marketing and Global Campaigns teams to understand strategy and turn it into clear guidance for local marketing teams.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS:

You will translate and align product priorities for use in a cross-product marketing strategy to drive consistency, efficiency and impact through local marketing deliverables by:
• Identifying and scaling best practices to maximize business impact
• Guiding local marketers in creating a marketing plan and determining the best tactics to build and progress pipeline to achieve revenue targets
• Synthesizing and analyzing information and data to tailor recommendations at a local level
• Working across global teams to simplify information and provide clarity in strategy and approach resulting in recommended tactics, event frameworks and recommendations of best practices and when to use them
• Providing feedback from the field to global teams to ensure assets and approach meet local needs
• Be a key player in bringing OpenText's GTM strategy to life by setting a global approach that is executed across 3 Geographies and 16 markets
• You will get to practice continuous improvement as you adapt and evolve to maximize business impact.
• You will get to coach local marketers to adopt best practices and seek to understand gaps to evolve approaches
• You will act as a connection point across global teams championing Field Marketing needs and advocating for solutions to address

Salary Range: $164,800 - $247,200; Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.

California Residents: The pay range above is a reasonable estimate of salary based on pay scale, candidate experience, skills, and education. In addition to the comprehensive benefits noted above, the role may be eligible for bonus or commissions.
