Job DescriptionThe Director, FCA Film Ultimates and Cash, is responsible for leading the financial modeling and budgeting of participations and residuals for theatrical products. This role requires a deep understanding of contractual obligations and the ability to translate complex deal terms into financial models and forecasts. This individual will bring a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative approach to working across Participations, FP&A, Controllership, and Strategic Planning groups. Additionally, the role will support the setup and review of theatrical participation deals within the Participations and Residuals system (PARIS) as needed.
Here you can: - Build and maintain participation and residual ultimate models for theatrical products
- Support cash forecasting and budgeting processes related to participation and residual obligations
- Analyze and interpret complex legal agreements and translate terms into financial models and forecasts
- Collaborate closely with various business units including FP&A, Controllership, Strategic Planning, Legal and Business Affairs
- Maintain appropriate controls within the ultimate process as required by Sarbanes Oxley
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and improve productivity
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on financial analysis and forecasting
- Support ad hoc requests and special projects as needed
QualificationsWhat you'll bring: - BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 8+ years of relevant experience, ideally in Entertainment Finance, Participations or Accounting
- Solid experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and interpreting legal agreements into financial models
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint; experience with SAP and participations systems a plus

Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
