The Facility Manager will support JLL’s Integrated Facility Management (IFM) group on an account-based team. This position will have leadership responsibility for the operation team’s that are responsible for the management of our Client’s facilities. The Facility Manager will serve as the lead for the management and resolution of Client escalations within the regional facilities that their team is responsible for. This individual will be asked to ensure the quality delivery of Facility Management Operations while supporting the other JLL service line functions on the account. This individual will ensure all contract deliverables are met or exceeded, including operational up time, cost savings initiatives, energy consumption reduction initiatives, and service improvements and introduction of best practices and innovations.
Facilities Management
Provide leadership and direction for the efficient operations and maintenance of the utility systems to include steam, chilled water, and compressed air.
Analyze trends and utilize data to anticipate and proactively address issues in the client environment.
Demonstrated success directly interfacing with client senior management, vendors, and throughout all levels of the organization.
Effectively utilizes data and analytics in the communication of solutions and decision making.
Conduct planned inspections to check the level of services provided. These inspections should serve as an assurance of quality on the perception of service as indicated by the surveys received from the users. 00

Vendor Management
- Closely monitor work requests communicated by JLL, the client and vendors.
- Continuously raise the bar in vendor quality and service while reducing overall costs.
- Hold vendors accountable for delivering high quality service per contract scope of work. Partner with vendors to continuously improve service quality and resolve/troubleshoot service issues.

- Develop and maintain positive client relationship.
- Conflict resolution and solution analysis.
- Genuine service-oriented individual that is focused on the customer experience and able to provide continued monitoring of established quality
- Resolve internal quality issues and customer complaints concerning product and or service dissatisfaction.
- Manage routine touchpoints with regional client teams to proactively engage on and resolve issues.

- Provides contract compliance management and quality control.
- Responsible for assisting with JLL Engineering compliance program.
- Familiarization with applicable codes, comply with specifications, and ensure standards are met within the scope of company policies and procedures, and in compliance with all federal and state regulations.

Budgeting/Reporting
- Financial acumen to manage budgets for projects and operations.
- Preparation of detailed scopes of work and costs for operations projects.
- Preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports.

Preferred Qualifications
- Education/training, Bachelor27s Degree in a related area or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 5-10 Years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience managing a team.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems
- Ability to multi-task and effectively organize responsibilities to achieve goals and objectives.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently.

Estimated compensation for this position:
103,500.00 0115,000.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
