Job Summary and QualificationsSupervises Plant Operations personnel and assumes overall responsibility in building operations for the entire hospital complex in accordance with hospital policy and with local, state and federal regulations.
What qualifications you will need:- Bachelors in architectural, engineering, or construction management or healthcare related field preferred.
- Five years maintenance experience in construction, fire control, utilities, safety, building, chiller plant and boiler plant operation
- Eight years combined maintenance/managerial experience preferred.
- Valid Texas Driver's License
