Job Description:Essential Responsibilities: - Establish overall business or technical strategy for user experience research, influencing key decisions at the executive level.
- Negotiate with and influence decision-making to optimize user experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of research findings with business objectives.
- Utilize data analysis to inform strategic decisions and optimize user experiences across products and services.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior researchers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications:- 10+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2 years of experience leading others

Primary Location | Pay Range:Austin, Texas: ($178,500.00 - $265,100.00 Annually)

Additional compensation for this role may include an annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation, as applicable.
