About the RoleWe're hiring a Director, Enterprise Operations to lead a multi-functional team and own the performance, cost, and reliability of IT operations globally. You'll drive the organizational integration already underway, aligning processes, vendors, and tooling across three brands, while maintaining the day-to-day operations that keep employees productive. You will report into the Head of Global IT in our Global IT organization.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will...- Lead teams. Manage managers across service desk, ITAM, supply chain, business operations, and integration, and corporate AV spanning three global brands.
- Build the global operating model. Drive post-acquisition IT integration, cross-regional process standardization, and automation to scale IT across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo.
- Own performance and costs. Set and deliver on SLAs, KPIs, and budget targets, and report performance insights to senior leadership.
- Partner cross-functionally. Work closely with Workplace, Security, Finance, and Engineering to improve the employee technology experience.
We're excited about you because...- 10+ years in enterprise IT operations, with 5+ years leading multi-functional teams across service desk, asset management, or supply chain in a global or multi-regional environment.
- Proven at building and scaling IT organizations, with measurable results in SLA performance, cost efficiency, or employee satisfaction.
- Budget and financial planning experience, including headcount modeling, vendor management, and IT cost optimization.
- Track record through organizational change: you've led IT operations through acquisitions, integrations, or large-scale transformation programs.
- Clear communicator with senior leaders, able to translate operational complexity into decisions and measurable outcomes.

CompensationThe successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee's work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

- For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
- For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.
$204,000-$300,000 USD
