Overview

As the Director of Education at Universal Technical Institute, you'll be the visionary leader steering our educational ship towards excellence. You'll not only shape the minds of future industry professionals but also ensure our programs are top-notch and compliant with all the necessary standards. Responsibilities

  • Lead the Education Revolution: Supervise daily operations, manage budgets, and build a stellar Education team.
  • Craft the Ultimate Student Experience: Develop, train, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional education and support.
  • Champion Compliance and Integrity: Ensure UTI's operations adhere to legal standards and accrediting bodies.
  • Be a Campus Hero: Fulfill Campus Security Authority (CSA) duties with diligence and care.
  • Build an All-Star Team: Establish and maintain a motivated, high-performing team through effective training and development.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration or Management preferred).
  • Experience: 5 years of leadership or management experience.
