Job Description Summary:

Director - IT Product Owner E2E

Overview

This role owns the vision, roadmap, and measurable success of a core Transaction Growth product, focusing on solving the highest-impact user and business problems through data-driven discovery and experimentation. It partners closely with design, engineering, data science, sales, and operations to deliver cohesive, valuable, and scalable solutions, leveraging AI and machine learning to enhance insights, recommendations, and predictive capabilities. The role ensures alignment across related product teams, continuously monitors performance to drive improvement, and clearly communicates priorities and trade-offs. It also coaches a small group of Product Managers, enabling strong product thinking, independent decision-making, and consistent execution excellence.

What You'll Do for Us

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for a core Transaction Growth product team


  • Define the most important user and business problems to solve and set clear, measurable success metrics


  • Ensure experiences across Transaction Growth teams are cohesive, complementary, and grounded in shared principles


  • Lead discovery through research, data analysis, prototyping, and experimentation


  • Translate insights into clear priorities, roadmaps, and product requirements


  • Partner with design, engineering, and data science teams to deliver solutions that are valuable, usable, and feasible


  • Use AI and machine learning to enhance decision-support tools, recommendation engines, and predictive analytics


  • Monitor product performance using data and feedback to guide iteration and continuous improvement


  • Coach and support a small group of Product Managers (typically 1-3), helping them grow their product thinking, discovery skills, and execution excellence


  • Provide regular feedback and context to enable independent, high-impact decision-making


  • Communicate priorities, trade-offs, and decisions with clarity and conviction across technical and non-technical audiences


  • Align with partners across sales, analytics, design, engineering, and operations on goals, dependencies, and measures of success


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree preferred


  • 7+ years of experience in product management or related fields (engineering, design, data, research)


  • Experience working on SC Planning is a must.


  • Experience working on Azure, SAP IBP, and other planning tools will be preferred.


  • Demonstrated success shaping and shipping digital products that meet user needs and deliver measurable business impact


  • Proficiency in modern product discovery and delivery practices, including agile methodologies


  • Strong analytical thinking with experience using data, experimentation, and AI-driven insights to guide decisions


  • Familiarity with recommendation engines, decision-support tools, and action-guidance UX


  • Exposure to experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, behavioral nudges) and data visualization tools


  • Clear, compelling communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences


  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and make thoughtful trade-offs in complex environments


  • Experience building products for sales, field, or frontline teams preferred


  • Background in AI/ML applications for personalization, predictive analytics, or workflow optimization preferred


  • Experience conducting design research or field immersion to uncover user insights preferred
