As a strategic leader, you will ensure the consistency, efficiency, and evolution of our logistics operations to directly support our business objectives and customer experience.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY CHALLENGES- Define and drive a strong operational vision across all distribution centers;
- Continuously optimize operations: receiving, warehousing, order picking, and shipping;
- Lead and develop regional managers with inspiring and consistent leadership;
- Create safe, high-performing, and collaborative work environments;
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent, high-quality service;
- Manage national budgets and identify opportunities for cost optimization and continuous improvement;
- Lead strategic projects: expansion, modernization, and relocation initiatives;
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (procurement, sales, IT, customer service) to drive value.

👤 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR- Degree in operations management, logistics, industrial engineering, or equivalent experience;
- Minimum of 10 years of experience managing distribution centers;
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to communicate and drive change;
- Solid knowledge of logistics systems (WMS, ERP) and automation technologies;
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment;
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally;
- Fully bilingual (French and English);
- Strong customer focus.
