YOUR IMPACT AT SPI

You will play a key role in the performance and growth of our national network of distribution centers.
As a strategic leader, you will ensure the consistency, efficiency, and evolution of our logistics operations to directly support our business objectives and customer experience.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY CHALLENGES

  • Define and drive a strong operational vision across all distribution centers;
  • Continuously optimize operations: receiving, warehousing, order picking, and shipping;
  • Lead and develop regional managers with inspiring and consistent leadership;
  • Create safe, high-performing, and collaborative work environments;
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent, high-quality service;
  • Manage national budgets and identify opportunities for cost optimization and continuous improvement;
  • Lead strategic projects: expansion, modernization, and relocation initiatives;
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (procurement, sales, IT, customer service) to drive value.
