About the Role:

The Director, Dispensing Pharmacy is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of pharmacy dispensing operations within a healthcare organization. This role ensures the safe, efficient, and compliant distribution of medications to patients while maintaining the highest standards of pharmaceutical care. The Director, Dispensing Pharmacy will lead and develop pharmacy staff, implement best practices, and collaborate with clinical teams to optimize medication management and patient outcomes. They will also manage regulatory compliance, budgetary oversight, and strategic planning to support organizational goals. Ultimately, this position drives excellence in pharmacy services, enhancing patient safety and satisfaction across all dispensing channels.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.
