Job Description:
The Opportunity
Own the strategy and execution of integrated demand generation programs across Flywheel and Perpetua, driving qualified pipeline through multi-channel campaigns, account-based marketing, and strategic sales enablement.
What You'll Do
Build and execute North America demand generation strategy, translating it into measurable pipeline impact across awareness, engagement, meetings, and revenue
Lead channel optimization (paid search, social, LinkedIn, SEO, email, webinars) and manage budget allocation based on performance and pipeline contribution
Partner with Sales Directors, BDRs, and Growth Marketing to develop account-based strategies, sales plays, and enablement content that drives self-sourced pipeline
Own full-funnel reporting and analytics-establishing KPIs by channel, campaign, and persona while identifying bottlenecks and driving rapid iteration
Support event-driven demand generation and event ROI tracking
Lead and coach demand generation team members within a cross-functional Center of Excellence model
Who You Are
8+ years of B2B demand generation, revenue marketing, or integrated campaign experience (3+ years leading teams)
Commercially minded with proven success driving pipeline and revenue through multi-channel programs
Data-driven and analytical-comfortable diagnosing problems, optimizing performance, and communicating business impact
Experienced with ABM, paid media, marketing automation (HubSpot), Salesforce, and analytics platforms
Highly collaborative with strong stakeholder management skills; comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels
Experience in digital commerce, SaaS, managed services, or marketing services is a plus
The Interview Process:
Every role starts the same, an introductory call with someone from our Talent Acquisition team. We will be looking for company and values-fit as well as your professional experience; there may be some technical role-specific questions during this call.
Every role is different after the initial call, but you can expect to meet several people from the team 1:1 and there might be further skill assessments in the form of a Take Home Assignment/Case Study Presentation or Pair Programming/Live Coding exercise depending on the role. In your initial call, we will walk you through exactly what to expect the process to be.
$100,000 - $130,000 CAD
Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
