Job Description

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Delivery Practitioner to join our Wealth Services team. This role is located in Jersey City, NJ or New York, NY.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Serve as a strategic partner to Sales, Relationship Management and Client Enablement teams by participating in prospect and client conversations to:
    o Demonstrate platform and product capabilities tailored to specific client operating models.
    o Provide consultative recommendations on how clients may optimize or adapt workflows to achieve desired business outcomes using BNY's platform.
    o Serve as a trusted product advisor during early client lifecycle stages (pre-sale through onboarding).
  • Act as a platform generalist with a strong understanding of end-to-end capabilities (vs. feature-specific product ownership).
    o Educate and guide clients on product applications and financial investments available to support their Wealth Management needs.
    o Translate cross-platform client needs into actionable feedback for Product Managers.
    o Synthesize input across multiple client engagements to identify themes and prioritize enhancements with product leadership.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the platform vision, roadmap, and individual product domains through close collaboration with Product Managers.
    o Ensure alignment between external client demands and internal product delivery cycles.
  • Deliver high-impact demos and platform walkthroughs, customizing narratives to fit firm-specific use cases and business models.
  • Maintain feedback loops between Product, Sales, Client Success, and Platform Enablement teams to reinforce strategic alignment.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • 10+ years of experience in product strategy, client solutions, platform consulting, or enterprise sales engineering in fintech, wealthtech, or financial services platforms.
  • Strong understanding of wealth and asset management operating models and related workflows.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to tailor communication to C-suite, sales executives, and technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to connect the dots across a broad platform architecture and articulate platform-wide value.
  • Proven success in pre-sales or client advisory contexts, particularly involving technical and operating model complexity.
  • Experience capturing and prioritizing client feedback to inform product development lifecycles.
  • Proficiency in leading demos, customizing user journeys, and communicating the "art of the possible" using technology platforms.

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $130,000 and $281,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short- and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.

This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
