Job Summary
The Director of Data Strategy & Enablement is a key leadership position tasked with defining and implementing a comprehensive data strategy that translates into actionable business value across the enterprise. This role involves bridging the gap between business strategy and data execution, transforming commercial priorities and KPIs into impactful data and analytics solutions. The Director will collaborate closely with the CTO organization and global delivery teams to create a modern, scalable data ecosystem and analytics-ready products. Key responsibilities include translating business processes into data requirements, developing a strategic roadmap aligned with digital transformation goals, standardizing data definitions, and leading the creation of advanced data platforms. Additionally, the Director will oversee data governance, compliance with global regulations, and the establishment of prioritization frameworks for data initiatives, all while building and managing a high-performing team of data strategists and governance experts.Position Summary
The Director, Data Strategy & Enablement is a strategic, highly visible leadership role responsible for defining and executing the enterprise-wide data strategy while ensuring data is translated into scalable, actionable business value. This leader will bridge business strategy and data execution, converting commercial priorities, KPIs, and processes into high-impact, reusable data and analytics solutions.
This role partners closely with the CTO organization and global delivery teams (including offshore COEs) to design, build, and enable a modern, scalable data ecosystem and analytics-ready data products. The Director will lead cross-functional alignment across business, technology, and analytics teams while ensuring strong data governance, quality, and compliance in regulated environments.
The ideal candidate combines data strategy, product thinking, and enterprise leadership, with a proven ability to operate in complex global models and deliver both immediate business impact and long-term scalable data assets.

Additional Information:
Compensation & Benefits: For U.S.-based positions only, the annual base salary range for this role is $195,500.00 - $293,300.00 This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
