POSITION SUMMARY:The Director Data Product Management will lead the execution of the enterprise-wide vision, strategy, and execution for the next-generation data platform. This role will unify data capabilities, drive architecture modernization, and enable scalable, intelligent systems that accelerate business growth. You will partner closely with product engineering, platform architecture team, commercial, and operations teams to deliver a high-performing platform foundation.
DESCRIPTION:Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities- Define and own the enterprise architecture strategy for the modern data products and platform, including cloud data services, integration patterns, governance, and scalability.
- Lead the design of unified data capabilities that power analytics, ML/AI, real-time systems, and operational use cases.
- Drive platform modernization initiatives across markets and business units.
- Partner with business and product leadership to translate business needs into technical capabilities and platform roadmaps.
- Establish architectural standards, patterns, and best practices across data, integration, and event-driven systems.
- Build and mentor a high-performing organization of product owners and engineers.
- Ensure platform reliability, security, performance, and compliance.
- Champion a data-first culture and cross-functional alignment across technology, product, operations, and commercial teams.
- Ability to effectively and accurately convey information to others.
- Performs related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a business administration degree preferred.
- 8+ years' experience in data architecture, cloud engineering, and product leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native data platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), event-driven architectures, API-led integration, and modern data stacks.
- Proven experience building enterprise-scale platforms supporting analytics, AI/ML, and operational workloads.
- Strong leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent communicator with ability to translate complex technical concepts for business audiences.
- Background working across multiple markets in fintech experience preferred.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:- Working on-site at assigned office location.
- Regular and punctual attendance adhering to schedule established by leadership.
- Flexibility to work occasional adjusted work schedules, overtime, and evening and/or weekend hours to meet deadlines or as business needs demand.
- Working in a cubicle hub, maintaining focus on phone calls in a noisy environment within earshot of multiple other conversations.
- Sedentary work in a stationary position at a cubicle for prolonged periods of time.
- Constant repetitive motions required for operating a computer, such as typing and managing phone calls.
- Constantly communicating effectively verbally in English, including accurately exchanging information with others following identification of correct procedures.
