Qualifications

• 10+ years in data management, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or enterprise architecture
• 5+ years of leadership in managing data, analytics, AI, or technology teams
• Proven track record in designing enterprise data architectures and governance frameworks
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms
• Solid experience in data integration, warehousing, analytics, and reporting initiatives
• Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and emerging data technologies
• Experience in translating business requirements into scalable data solutions

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise AI/ML strategy to align with business goals
• Identify and prioritize AI use cases in manufacturing and supply chain
• Build and scale the AI Center of Excellence (CoE)
• Own the enterprise data platform strategy including data lake and lakehouse
• Lead design of scalable and governed data pipelines with data architects
• Drive real-time operational intelligence through IT/OT data convergence
• Guide data scientists in developing predictive and prescriptive models
• Establish MLOps practices for model management and monitoring
• Deliver AI solutions for use cases such as forecasting and predictive maintenance
