Job DescriptionThis is a hybrid role (3 days in the office) based in Rahway, NJ
Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end proof of concept exercises for our CISO organization
- Interface with vendors, peers, and the broader industry to stay on top of new and emerging technologies in the security ecosystem
- Oversee the engineering and implementation of complex security systems bo.th on-premises and in the cloud
- Build a strong internal network to ensure cohesion across multiple business verticals
- Ensure engineering excellence is front and center as new solutions are brought in and enabled
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Minimum five years of managerial experience in people leadership, with the ability to inspire and guide teams
- At least 5 years' experience in Engineering leadership experience, with a specific focus on large enterprise-scale initiatives
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
- Demonstrated innovation in the field of technology and/or cybersecurity
- Adept at networking and building partnerships within the industry
- Commitment to execution excellence, ensuring high standards in all projects
- Strong analytical thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex problems
