What You Can Expect
Lead and manage a cross-functional team supporting custom silicon solution strategy, execution, and operational readiness for hyperscale and cloud customers.
Drive customer engagements related to test engineering, manufacturing operations, and program execution strategies.
Own and oversee RFI/RFQ sizing activities, resource planning, cost modeling, and execution assessments for custom cloud silicon opportunities.
Partner closely with Finance, Marketing, Sales, Operations Engineering, Design Engineering, DFT, and Program Management teams on day-to-day strategic and operational activities.
Develop and align product/test engineering strategies to support advanced custom silicon solutions including AI, accelerated compute, and cloud infrastructure products.
Translate customer application requirements and success criteria into scalable engineering and operational execution plans.
Lead cross-functional execution reviews, program tracking, risk assessments, and customer deliverable management.
Define and drive test engineering methodologies, test coverage strategies, and manufacturing readiness plans for advanced process technologies.
Support technology roadmap alignment and strategic investment planning for next-generation test engineering capabilities.
Serve as a senior customer-facing representative for technical reviews, operational discussions, and executive-level engagements.
Enable organizational scaling, operational efficiency, and execution excellence across multiple concurrent customer programs.
Profile of the Ideal Candidate
Technical curiosity is essential to enable deep understanding of customer end applications, architectures, and success criteria.
Strategic thinking is required to map customer needs into Marvell’s product, test engineering, and operational execution strategies.
Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing teams and influencing across complex matrixed organizations.
Excellent program management and communication skills with ability to drive execution across global cross-functional teams.
Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments with multiple high-priority customer engagements.
What We're Looking For
15+ years of experience in Product Engineering, Test Engineering, Operations Engineering, or related semiconductor engineering disciplines.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required; MSEE preferred.
Proven leadership experience managing engineering and/or operations teams in semiconductor product organizations.
Strong technical familiarity with accelerated infrastructure silicon building blocks including:
Advanced process nodes (TSMC 5nm and below)
High-density compute architectures
High-speed interfaces
Die-to-die interfaces
HBM technologies
Multi-Chip Module (MCM) architectures
Knowledge of Advantest and Teradyne platform capabilities
Experience with test plan generation, silicon bring-up, characterization, yield optimization, and manufacturing execution.
Experience supporting high volume, compressed schedule bring-up of SoC or custom ASIC or cloud silicon programs is preferred.
Strong cross-functional leadership skills across Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain organizations.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and customer communication skills.
Experience driving complex technical programs from concept through production.
Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
171,800 - 254,300, $ per annumThe successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
