What You'll Do- Lead Culinary Implementation - Deploy Sodexo's culinary programs and standards across a multi-unit portfolio, ensuring flawless execution for a high-profile, white-label client.
- Elevate Culinary Identity - Shape menu innovation, presentation, and consistency to reflect the client's brand and deliver a refined, modern dining experience.
- Develop Culinary Talent - Coach, mentor, and elevate chefs and culinary teams, building strong pipelines and strengthening district-wide capability.
- Strengthen Client Partnerships - Serve as a trusted culinary advisor, aligning programs and communication with the expectations of a high-visibility client.
- Drive Operational Excellence - Lead food cost management, safety compliance, quality assurance, and operational consistency across all sites.
- Implement Trend-Forward Programs - Introduce innovative, sustainable, and guest-centric culinary initiatives that elevate workplace dining and support long-term strategy.
