Job Title: Director, Operations Corporate Industrial Quality

Location: Clark, NJ

A Day in the Life Reporting to the Head of Quality, you will drive strategic risk-based quality systems (SQI/SQO) across our North American manufacturing facilities and cross-functional teams.
  • Global OTC Leadership: Lead the worldwide Network of Excellence for Over-The-Counter drugs, managing roadmaps and global corrective actions.
  • Compliance & Auditing: Ensure cGMP and FDA compliance across plants, and conduct internal quality risk audits.
  • Supplier & Acquisition Integration: Evaluate quality risks for incoming component suppliers, contract manufacturers, and new acquisitions.
  • Capability Building: Design and coordinate comprehensive quality training plans across the Zone.


We Are Looking For You are a highly experienced quality leader with a strong background in the cosmetic or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Deep knowledge of FDA CFR Title 21, ISO 9001:2015, and ISO 22716.
  • Proven risk management and supplier auditing expertise.
  • Strong cross-functional partnership skills with Sourcing and Regulatory Affairs.
  • Background in physical science, biological science, or engineering.
