Job Description Summary:

Director, Consumer Experience

The Director, Consumer Experience is responsible for products and activities that enable and simplify processes for our best-in-class marketing teams around the world. We strategize, initiate, launch. and maintain broad-scale solutions that are focused on customer data management, engineering support, online marketing, customer engagement, and loyalty and while providing thoughtful, delightful experiences at the same time.

We are seeking a well-organized, data-driven thinker that is meticulous in their details and is passionate, curious, technical and possesses a high level of detail. This person will be comfortable with a fast-paced environment and will be able thrive in an ambiguous environment, translating big-picture ideas to simplified, actionable and detailed executable tasks. A track record of driving process improvement in a dynamic environment is a must. This role interfaces with business teams across The Coca-Cola Company daily and must be a clear communicator with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with a broad cross-section of internal and 3rd party technical, legal, customer experience, marketing, product managers and licensing teams to define requirements, plan delivery, and deliver solutions and tools for marketing teams worldwide.

Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic product planning to technical execution.

Launch the vision, strategy and roadmap for our products. Work with key stakeholders to deliver on that vision.

Proactively anticipate risks, changes and bottlenecks. Provide escalation management and make trade-offs.

Establish goals and review metrics to understand and identify opportunities and deliver success.

Own backlogs for dedicated engineering teams. Write user stories, groom backlog and own prioritization on behalf of business.

Attend daily stand-ups and interface with highly technical teams which may require a deep understanding of underlying platforms, rolling up the sleeves and the ability to dive into the architecture and code-level design.

Lead UAT strategy and planning sessions, serving as liaison to developers and assisting with troubleshooting as-needed.

Manage and provide technical guidance to Internal Teams and External Partners (onshore and offshore).

Possess a deep empathy for the customer and the experiences we provide.

Analyze issues and performance through qualitative and quantitative analysis tools and processes.

Demonstrate the test / learn / iterate mindset.

In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology, DevOps

Ability to work with large and geographically distributed teams on complex initiatives.

Exhibit an innovative mindset and find ways to push through adversity.

Education:

Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business or related field.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in product or program management with a demonstrable track record of launching products end-to-end.

Proven experience owning product roadmap, strategy and definition.

Working knowledge of database marketing concepts and experience with CRM technology.

Experience partnering on the development of APIs, data infrastructure, data-heavy projects and working with technical partner service providers.

Demonstrated experience of using data and metrics to drive improvements.

Well-rounded understanding of customer experiences, user journeys and user flows.

Hands-on experience and working knowledge of Agile methodologies and development practices.

Skilled at creating best-in-class user stories and requirements documentation, communicating plans to technical and non-technical audiences throughout discovery and delivery processes.

Background and/or working knowledge of online advertising, user experiences and web-based technologies.

General manager/owner mentality, exhibiting entrepreneurial drive and proven ability to influence others.

Ability to work with multiple teams , managing competing priorities, dependencies and planning.

Must be highly adaptable, excellent communicator and a fast learner.

Should possess an action-oriented mindset: Able to identify new initiatives, work independently but also collaboratively across stakeholders and team members.

Should possess familiarity with Cloud and SaaS platforms.

Preferred if candidate has prior experience working with CRM and Marketing Technology solutions.

Should have working knowledge of Adobe platforms: Marketing Cloud, AEM, Campaign, Analytics, Forms and Target.

Comfortable with Cloud and SaaS Platforms.

Familiarity with database systems, web services and AWS technology.

Should have background or good understanding of data science practices and analysis.
