Position Description:

CGI is seeking a senior leader within the Banking sector who is recognized as a trusted Systems Integration and Consulting expert. This role is suited for someone who brings strong industry insight, builds lasting relationships, and delivers impactful consulting solutions.
Reporting to a Vice President, the Director, Consulting Services will be responsible for driving the growth and delivery of consulting services to Banking and Financial Services organizations headquartered in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Lead the growth and delivery of consulting services within the Banking/Financial Services portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders across target clients.
• Identify new opportunities, shape solutions, and drive revenue growth through strategic engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that address client needs.
• Lead end-to-end engagement delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership within the financial services domain.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team environment.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. A credible authority in the business operations of Canadian and/or US Banking/Financial Services companies
. 10 + years of growing responsibility in a technology consultancy with demonstrated track record of converting client intimacy and trust into: consulting and systems integration sales, high quality project delivery, satisfied clients
. Demonstrated success building and leading executive (C-Suite) relationships within Ontario-based Banking/Financial Services companies.
. Ability to drive proposal, pricing, and contracting for multifaceted client initiatives.
. Lead P&L and financial accountabilities
. Experience with Technologies, i.e., Agile, DevOps, Cloud, AI, RPA etc. is a significant asset.
Proven leadership experience within consulting, systems integration, or professional services.

Strong background in Banking or Financial Services.
Demonstrated success in business development, relationship management, and solution delivery.
Ability to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and execute engagements effectively.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Education:
. Bachleor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field of study; and MBA would be preferred

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $145,000-$195,000. This role is an existing vacancy.
