Job Description:
Responsible for the performance of a teams within a specialized area, oversees professional employees and supervisors to effectively tackle operational and resource challenges.
Adapts departmental plans to align with business needs, ensuring they support broader functional goals. Decision-making is guided by company policies and procedures, enabling efficient operations that contribute to the organization's objectives.
Develops promotion production plans, budgets and forecasts based on past results, updates same based on new data and monitors results to determine campaign effectiveness. Negotiates and purchases advertising placements on behalf of an organization in alignment with the advertising campaign plan. Ensures advertising and promotional campaigns are targeted to the appropriate audiences through the appropriate media outlets and tracks reach of campaigns to ensure optimized spend of advertising budget.130K-150K
Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
