Job Description

Director Communications Associate HR Transformation leads internal communications for Acosta Group's enterprise transformation and other priority business initiatives. Translates complex organizational, technology, operating model and people changes into clear, coordinated communications that build understanding, readiness and adoption. Partners with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver practical plans, leader materials and associate-facing content in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated communications across concurrent transformation initiatives, aligning message timing, audiences, dependencies and enterprise strategy.
  • Translate complex business and people changes into clear messaging, leader cascades, FAQs, scripts, toolkits, presentations and associate communications.
  • Develop communications that support awareness, readiness, adoption and sustained behavior change, with appropriate measures of effectiveness.
  • Create executive and leadership communications, including town halls, talking points, presentations and messages for major company initiatives.
  • Counsel senior leaders on sensitive or high-impact communications, identifying risks and helping drive timely, disciplined decisions.
  • Partner with Transformation, HR, IT, Operations and business leaders to coordinate messaging and maintain consistency across audiences and channels.
  • Manage internal content planning, channels, projects and external partners; provide hands-on writing and execution when priorities or timelines shift.
  • Coach supporting team members and contribute to communications capability development.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Human Resources, Business or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive corporate, associate, executive and transformation communications experience.
  • Significant CPG, retail, foodservice or related sales and marketing services experience, with an understanding of brands, retailers and consumers.
  • Proven success leading multiple, interdependent communications workstreams across organizational, technology, operating model or workforce change.
  • Exceptional writing, storytelling and message-development skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Strong business acumen, project leadership and stakeholder management skills, including trusted counsel to senior leaders.
  • Sound judgment, discretion and attention to detail in sensitive, fast-moving situations.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

Professional office environment with frequent executive and cross-functional interaction. Requires attendance at business and associate-facing events, including occasional evenings and weekends. Travel approximately 15%. Compliance with Hybrid Policy.
