This position is remote eligible, with a preference for candidates based in McLean, VA; Dallas, TX; or Memphis, TN

As Director of Commercial Product, you will join Hilton's in-house Commercial Services team. This team supports the sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions that power Hilton's "commercial engine" and profitable growth. Reporting to the Senior Director of Commercial Product, you will work on CRS atomization, Inventory Innovation and new lines of business.

What you'll do during a typical day:
  • Shape vision, strategy, and success metrics
  • Use data, customer insights, and market context to uncover opportunities that make inventory more flexible, sellable, and valuable
  • Challenge assumptions and balance short and long-term priorities
  • Lead, coach and influence teams

How you'll collaborate with others:
  • Collaborate across Product, Technology, Revenue Management, Distribution, Digital, Guest Experience, Loyalty, and Operations
  • Lead cross-functional teams through complex decision-making and cross-domain projects that span the full customer, commercial and operational journey

Deliverables you'll take ownership of:
  • Lead the definition and delivery of strategic inventory capabilities that modernize how Hilton monetizes inventory
  • Manage product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, and delivery across commercial platform, revenue growth, and customer experience capabilities
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
  • Ten (10) years of professional experience, including six (6) years in Product Management
  • Hospitality, travel, retail, e-commerce, or other inventory-intensive industry experience
  • Experience coaching or leading product management teams
  • Willing to travel up to 30%

It would be useful if you have:
  • Product discovery and full delivery experience across systems
  • Inventory, commerce, marketplace, pricing, distribution, or revenue management experience
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, and software development practices
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and/or prototyping tools

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $145,000 - $190,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, and the Company's long-term incentive plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
